Heating Maintenance For Colten Care
Asbury Heating looks after both the major 12 month and minor six month servicing for all gas equipment – including pumps – belonging to Colten Care. We also carry out annual TMV (thermostatic mixing valve) servicing, ensuring hot and cold water are appropriately blended to ensure residents living at Colten Care aren’t at risk from burning themselves.
As a full service heating company, Asbury Heating also carries out six month water softener and annual BMS servicing, ensuring all the homes belonging to Colten Care have a refined heating and water system that meets the needs of each of the care homes.
